Use both GPS and GIS as tools for a purpose.

Show us that you know how to:

• Design a project,
• Collect GPS data,
• Display it in a GIS,
• Integrate it with other spatial data,
• Analyze geographic information, and
• Learn from your successes and problems.

For the project report (to be submitted electronically):

• Project Title
• Team members
• Abstract
• Project objectives
• Methodology
• Include how you handled datums, projections, etc.
• Discuss your data dictionary(ies).
• Results
• Include a discussion of error.

For the (short) individual team-member critique, maximum 3 pages:

• Comments… what worked and what didn’t.
• If you were to start again, what would you do differently?
• Other feedback.
